Maximilian advises principals and contractors on all issues relating to private construction and real estate law. This includes the drafting and management of contracts. He also represents clients in out-of-court negotiations as well as before the courts.

• Advising Kasseler Sparkasse on the new construction of the largest savings bank branch in Germany (project value c. EUR 60)
• Advising on the new construction of the Paul Ehrlich Institut (PEI) in Langen as an integrated project management project (Integrierte Projektabwicklung (IPA)) with multi-party agreements (project value in excess of EUR 415 million)
• Complex project development: Advising the Frankfurt office of the SIGNA Group on construction contracts and architects’ contracts for several city centre projects
• Special construction project: Advising the principal on the construction of Germany's longest suspension bridge
• Advising the principal on the expansion of a large German commercial airport (project value c. EUR 4 billion)
• Advising a legal entity under public law with federal funding on the refurbishment and remodelling of their headquarters in Frankfurt am Main (project value in excess of EUR 500 million).
