Dr Kraft defends private individuals in commercial and fiscal criminal law procedures.  He also represents (national and international) companies, which are involved in criminal matters, acting as "defence counsel for the company" as well as representative of the company that has suffered damage. Outside such crisis situations Dr Kraft also provides "preventative" advice and advises on issues of criminal law compliance (creation of compliance systems, implementation of corruption audits, internal investigations, in-house training, review of existing compliance programmes).
