Carolin Felicitas advises and represents her clients both in and out of court in the field of partnership and corporate law. Her activities cover every aspect, from company foundation, advising on structuring measures and responding to ongoing corporate law issues right up to company dispositions. She also advises on intellectual property rights. Key practice areas here include advising on competition and trademark law issues as well as the design of legally compliant advertising measures including in new media.
