The lawyers in our corporate and commercial law Practice Group are not only experts in their field. As experienced advisors of medium-sized companies they also have a very sound understanding of the working methods and expectations of such businesses and can advise them accordingly. We are as familiar with the specific requirements of owner-managed small and medium-sized companies as we are with the procedures and challenges faced by national and international company groups. On the basis of many years’ experience in the field of corporate law, our lawyers are able to provide comprehensive advice on practically all corporate law issues arising throughout the whole life-cycle of a company, including recurring questions surrounding “corporate housekeeping”. The same applies to corporate transactions – in particular business purchases (M&A) – which we are able to support through our own in-house Sector Group.

When it comes to commercial law, we support our clients in all their legal needs relating to the purchase, production and distribution of goods and services – including modern distribution methods such as franchising and e-commerce. This includes systemic issues, such as the identification and implementation of the most appropriate distribution system as well as the concrete preparation, negotiation and implementation of individual trading agreements. Our experts in the field of commercial law are very familiar with the special features of many sectors – providing the optimal basis for efficient and tailor-made advice.
