Eugen Unger
Eugen advises national and international companies and their shareholders on all aspects of corporate law throughout the entire life cycle of a company. Another focus of his work is providing legal support for national and cross-border corporate transactions (M&A) in all phases of the transaction process – from structuring and due diligence to closing. In addition, Eugen advises on the structuring and implementation of corporate succession.
