Maximilian Schiersch
Maximilian advises on complex construction and real estate projects. His focus is on contract drafting and contract management; he also represents clients before state courts and in arbitration proceedings. Another focus of his work is legal issues relating to the healthcare sector and renewable energies in the broadest sense. In addition, he advises on property purchases and sales and provides advice on tenancy law issues.
