Sarah advises and represents principals and contractors in all areas of private construction law and architects’ law, starting with the drafting of the contract and monitoring the ongoing project right through to project completion and, where necessary, dispute resolution. She advises public principals as well as bidding companies in procurement projects on all issues relating to public procurement law. She also advises public principals on the preparation and implementation of national and European procurement procedures as well as during the implementation of projects.
