Steffen advises principals and contractors on all issues relating to construction and architects’ law, real estate law and in connection with the enforcement of claims both in and out of court.
Further key practice areas include securing and enforcing the copyrights of creative artists and those who exploit them. He also advises on architectural copyright law. In addition, he assists in the search for and registration of national, European and international trademarks, manages international trademark portfolios and advises on licence agreements and the enforcement of clients’ rights against infringements.
