Dr. Tobias Wirthle
Tobias provides comprehensive legal counsel to national and international companies and executives in all areas of individual and collective labor law. His practice focuses in particular on drafting and negotiating employment and service contracts, providing legal support for restructuring processes, and advising on pay transparency, confidentiality, and labor law compliance issues. Dr. Wirthle represents his clients both in court and in out-of-court proceedings and negotiations.
