Dr Christopher Pape, LL.M.

Christopher advises private and public clients, construction companies, planning and project management offices as well as construction product manufacturers in connection with medium-sized construction projects and major construction projects in the areas of private construction law as well as architectural and engineering law. In particular, his work includes project-related legal advice during the planning and construction phase, the drafting and execution of contracts and representation in court proceedings. His advice also focuses on real estate law and conflict resolution in connection with construction emissions on neighbouring properties.

• Legal project management (comprehensive advice on procurement, construction and architectural law) for NRW.BANK on the implementation of a new building at its Düsseldorf location (Project H5)
• Legal project management (comprehensive construction and architectural law advice) for the Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield Group in the “Westfield Hamburg – Überseequartier” project
• Client-side construction and architectural law advice and legal representation in relation to a new campus building in Düsseldorf with a project volume of approximately €200 million
• Legal project management (comprehensive construction and architectural law advice) for Stuttgarter Lebensversicherung for the ‘KarLa’ construction project in Stuttgart
• Legal project management (comprehensive construction and architectural law advice) for the Stiftung Museum Kunstpalast in the realisation of the ‘Renovation of the Kunstpalast Düsseldorf’ project
• Construction contract advice for numerous local authorities in connection with complex public sector construction projects (in particular new construction and renovation projects at schools, daycare centres, administrative buildings, sports and cultural facilities, and infrastructure projects)
