Fabienne M. Brackmann
Fabienne practises as a lawyer specialising in property law. She provides comprehensive advice to German and international companies in the property sector, as well as to the public sector, on all matters relating to property law. Her practice focuses on commercial tenancy law, property transactions and project developments, as well as the drafting and execution of property and property development contracts. Another key area of her practice is providing comprehensive advice on the law governing the ownership of flats, including advice to flat owners’ associations.
