Dr Hendrik Heesen
Hendrik provides comprehensive advice on private construction and architectural law, as well as on intellectual property and IT law. A particular focus of his work lies in providing legal support for construction projects at the interface with the digital world – for example, in the use of innovative solutions in planning and construction, the drafting of relevant contracts, and the enforcement and defence against resulting claims.
