Inga provides comprehensive advice to companies and public authorities on all aspects of data protection law, data law and IT law. Her work in data protection law focuses on the implementation of the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the drafting of data protection agreements and data protection declarations. Other areas of focus include drafting and reviewing internal company guidelines, employee data protection, supporting regulatory proceedings, coordinating international data transfers and advising on compliance investigations. She also supports clients in technology-based projects, particularly in the areas of smart buildings and building information modelling.
In IT law, Inga advises on all issues relating to IT law, including the drafting and review of software, cloud and various other IT contracts, support for IT projects and tenders in public procurement procedures, and court proceedings. Her expertise also includes advising on digital regulation, in particular on new EU legislation such as the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA), the EU Data Act and NIS-2. Another particular focus is advising on the Accessibility Enhancement Act (BFSG).
In addition, she has particular expertise in the field of digital planning and construction (BIM).
Inga is certified as a Certified Information Privacy Professional Europe (CIPP/E) by the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP).
