Inga advises companies on all issues surrounding data protection law and data law. Key practice areas include the implementation of the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the drafting of data protection contracts and privacy statements. She also supports clients in technology-based projects, particularly in the areas of smart building and building information modelling. She also assists clients with the preparation and review of internal company guidelines, employee data protection, monitoring of regulatory procedures, the coordination of international data transfers, and advice in connection with compliance investigations. Dr. Maaske also advises on IT law issues.
In addition, Inga advises on private construction law, architects’ law and project management law. This include contract drafting and contract management as well as the enforcement of rights through the courts. Inga has particular expertise in digital planning and construction (BIM).
She is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP-E) of the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP).
