Jan-Eric Hirschberger
Jan-Eric provides comprehensive advice to clients and contractors on all aspects of private construction law. His advisory expertise lies primarily in the areas of project management during the construction phase, the drafting of contracts, and litigation before state courts and arbitration tribunals. Other key areas of his practice include advising on property law, the law governing architects and engineers, and estate agency law. In addition, Jan-Eric Hirschberger advises companies on all aspects of individual and collective employment law.
