Matthias Pruss
Matthias advises public contracting authorities and bidders on all matters related to public procurement law. In addition to assisting public contracting authorities in proceedings under the VgV, VOB/A, and UVgO, he supports companies in procurement procedures (review of tender documents, bid documents, and objections). Another key area of his practice is representing clients in review proceedings before public procurement tribunals and senates.
Matthias assists grant recipients in publicly funded procurement processes in ensuring compliance with funding requirements and in defending against claims for the recovery of grants in the event of non-compliance.
