Dr Oliver Pieper
Oliver advises private and public clients on all administrative law issues arising in connection with the implementation of construction projects. His key practice areas are in the fields of construction planning law and building regulations law as well as regional and environmental planning law. In the field of public funding law he advises on the legally compliant management of publicly funded projects and defends funding recipients against imminent grant reclamations. He also advises municipalities and other public entities on all issues relating to public commercial law.
