Philip advises and represents principals and contractors on all issues related to contract drafting and contract management as well as in the in-court and out-of-court enforcement and defence of claims. His key practice areas include construction contracts law, architects’ and engineers’ law as well as real estate law. In the area of construction and architectural/engineering law, he is particularly active in project support for infrastructure and real estate projects (legal project management JurProM®). In real estate law, Dr. Egle advises on commercial tenancy law and real estate law, in particular on transactions.
