Stephan Ehbets advises on property law and private construction law. A particular focus of his work is commercial tenancy law, primarily in relation to production, hotel and logistics properties as well as retail space. He also assists clients with the purchase and sale of property. In the area of private construction law, Stephan Ehbets specialises in construction law disputes with a foreign connection (in particular arbitration proceedings, FIDIC contracts, etc.). He also specialises in advising on collateral law and insolvency proceedings. Stephan Ehbets advises his clients in German, English, French and Dutch.

- Providing ongoing advice to a leading German automobile manufacturer on all aspects of real estate law
- Providing ongoing advice on lease law and management law to a Luxemburg real estate fund in connection with a shopping centre
- Advising on the sale of a commercial real estate portfolio in Berlin with a value of c. EUR 250 million
