Specialist lawyer for construction and architects’ law
Specialist lawyer for information technology law
Sven Marco specialises in IT law with a focus on IT security and compliance, as well as construction and architectural law.
He advises companies on the implementation of complex IT security requirements, in particular with regard to NIS2, BSIG, CER Directive and KRITISDachG, as well as the Data Act, IT compliance, data protection and other IT law issues, such as licensing and software contracts.
In construction and architectural law, Sven Marco supports complex projects from planning to implementation – both on the client and contractor side. His advice is project-related and practice-oriented.
Another focus is on the interface between IT security law and construction law. He advises in particular on smart buildings, digitised building technology and the integration of critical IT infrastructures in construction projects – where the digitisation of the construction and real estate industry combines both areas of law.
Sven Marco represents clients out of court, before state courts and in arbitration proceedings.
