- Employment law
André advises employers and employees on all issues relating to individual and collective employment law. His key practice areas include advising employers on matters concerning works constitutions and collective bargaining law, restructurings, and representing clients before employment tribunals in judgment and resolution proceedings. Corporate service contract law is another of his specialisations. André also provides training to employers and their senior executives on a large number of employment law topics.

- PhD in commercial criminal law, 2011 to 2014
- Legal clerkship in Cologne and New York, 2012 to 2015
- Master of Laws with a focus on employment and corporate law at the University of Cologne, 2016 to 2019
