Andreas advises at the interface between private construction law and property law, with a particular focus on commercial tenancy law. - Led the negotiation and drafting of the tenancy agreement for the new headquarters of BVG, one of the largest office lettings in Germany (approx. 40,000 m², 25-year term), as part of a large-scale campus development project in Berlin
