Christopher advises clients and contractors on all aspects of construction contract law as well as architectural and engineering law. A particular focus is on the comprehensive legal support of construction projects, from the drafting of contracts to the management of complex project situations. This is supplemented by the judicial and extrajudicial enforcement of claims for payment for work.
A particular focus is the drafting of contracts in the area of property law project development.
He also specialises in corporate law advice, in particular the resolution of shareholder disputes.
