Dr Dominik Hark, LL.M.
Specialist lawyer for construction and architects’ law
Dominik advises clients on all matters relating to property law, as well as construction and architectural law. He provides comprehensive advice on the drafting and structuring of property-related contracts (in particular construction contracts, tenancy agreements, sale and leasehold agreements) and on estate agency law. A particular focus lies on the review and management of property transactions and project developments, advice throughout the course of a project, and conflict prevention. In addition to out-of-court advice, another key area of his practice is the defence against, protection of and enforcement of claims in legal disputes..

- Handling and completion of a property transaction (commercial property near the airport) on behalf of the seller to a fund (purchase price: EUR 42 million)
- Advice on the conclusion of a leasehold agreement for a musical (term of up to 90 years; ground rent of up to EUR 22.5 million)
- City of Cologne: Comprehensive advice on the overall refurbishment and partial renewal of the Mülheim Bridge
- Ongoing advice to medium-sized companies on all issues relating to construction and real estate law
- Assisting in the provision of comprehensive construction law advice in connection with the Nürburgring
- Advising a general contractor on the refurbishment of c. 160 existing residential units
