Hans-Claudius has many years of experience in arbitration proceedings and is active both as party representative and as an arbitrator. He also advises companies on the planning, construction and maintenance of industrial plants both nationally and internationally. Hans-Claudius supports his clients in the protection know-how and other intellectual property and enforces this protection both in and out of court. This includes securing the market position of his clients against other competitors.
Recent work
- Conducting numerous proceedings as counsel, Chairman and presiding arbitrator under the rules of the DIS, the VIAC, the ICC and the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce, focusing on the construction and operation of industrial plants
- Advising companies on the development of advertising strategies for the protection and defence of intellectual property and market position
- Drafting and negotiating contracts for the construction of energy plants as well as chemical and pharmaceutical production facilities
- Advising principals and contractors on the conclusion of contracts regarding customised software
- Enforcement of intellectual property rights including inventions, know-how and competitive advantages, including in expedited proceedings
- Drafting, negotiation and implementation of planning and engineering contracts
