Hendrik primarily advises public contracting authorities and bidders on all matters relating to public procurement law and represents them in public procurement review proceedings. In addition to various local authorities, his clients include contracting authorities in the healthcare sector (health insurance funds and hospitals) as well as in the transport (airports, port operations, local public transport) and water/energy supply sectors (public utilities).
He supports recipients of subsidies in complying with subsidy requirements in the context of publicly funded contract awards and in defending against claims for repayment of subsidies in the event of breaches of requirements.
