Dr Hendrik von Mellenthin, LL.M.
Hendrik advises employers on all issues of individual and collective employment law and represents his clients comprehensively in labor court judgement and decision proceedings. When advising on employment law projects, one focus of his work is on advising and supporting restructurings and group reorganizations, often involving works councils in negotiations on reconciliation of interests and social compensation plans. He also advises on German and European corporate co-determination law and assists with related projects, such as the establishment of European stock corporations or European works council elections. A further field of activity is remuneration law projects such as employee participation programs, long-term incentive systems as well as regulatory remuneration systems in the financial and insurance sector and HR compliance. Hendrik regularly publishes articles in legal journals and gives lectures on employment law topics.
