Marino advises principals and contractors on all aspects of contract drafting and contract management including contract termination, in both individual and collective labour law. In the event of a dispute, he represents the client either in or out of court.

A further key practice area is providing labour law support in restructurings, company purchases and business transfers. Marino also advises on general civil law issues and, on account of his many years’ experience as an appeal lawyer, often takes on judicial process management.
