Martin advises and represents clients and contractors in all areas of private construction law and plant construction. Thanks to his many years of experience working for both sides, he understands the interests and perspectives of both clients and contractors equally well and incorporates this understanding into his advice in a targeted manner.
His practice focuses on medium- and large-scale national and international construction and plant engineering projects, particularly in the areas of infrastructure and bridge construction, as well as large-scale plant engineering. In these complex and technically demanding projects, he supports his clients from contract drafting through project management to completion.
A particular focus of his practice is on out-of-court advice and contract structuring. The goal is to identify risks early on, draft contracts, and manage projects in such a way that conflicts are avoided and, ideally, litigation or arbitration is prevented from the outset. Should a legal dispute nevertheless prove unavoidable, he represents his clients with the same diligence and experience in litigation as well. Other areas of practice include architecture and engineering law, as well as insurance law, with a focus on property insurance, liability insurance, and construction insurance.
