Maximilian Birkel, LL.M.

Maximilian specializes in German and European Competition Law. He advises companies and associations in particular on fine proceedings before the German Federal Cartel Office and the European Commission, on issues related to antitrust damages, merger control proceedings, antitrust access claims, as well as on litigation with a focus on competition law. In addition, he provides guidance on the establishment, development, and monitoring of compliance systems.

He advises clients in both German and English.
