Ivo advises on German and European merger control, in antitrust proceedings before the Federal Cartel Office and the European Commission as well as on antitrust litigation matters before the German and European courts. A key practice area is the ongoing provision of advice to companies to ensure compliance with antitrust rules in their day-to-day business.
