Dr Ivo du Mont, LL.M.

Ivo advises on German and European merger control, in antitrust proceedings before the Federal Cartel Office and the European Commission as well as on antitrust litigation matters before the German and European courts. A key practice area is the ongoing provision of advice to companies to ensure compliance with antitrust rules in their day-to-day business. Here Ivo advises, inter alia, on the antitrust aspects of contract law and provides training and compliance audits. He advises in German, English, French and Russian.
