Carolin advises principals and contractors on all issues related to private construction, plant engineering and architects‘ law, on contract drafting and in litigious disputes. She also advises on corporate law, M&A and corporate restructuring.

- Legal clerkship at the Hanseatic Higher Regional Court Hamburg, including seats at the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action in Berlin, a commercial law firm with a Nordic profile based in Copenhagen and at Kapellmann, 2020 to 2022
