Dr. Kathrin Strauß, PGDip (Cambridge)
Kathrin advises both public and private contracting authorities and contractors on public procurement law as well as private construction, architectural and engineering law. She provides seamless legal support throughout all stages of a project – from the procurement procedure and contract drafting to project execution, completion and, where necessary, dispute resolution.
In the field of public procurement law, she advises contracting authorities and bidders throughout the entire procurement process and represents them in review proceedings before procurement review bodies and in court.
In private construction, architectural and engineering law, Kathrin advises and represents clients on all aspects of contract drafting and administration as well as in judicial and out-of-court dispute resolution.
