Expertise

Michelle advises and represents principals and contractors in all areas of private construction law and architects’ law, starting with the drafting of the contract and monitoring the ongoing project right through to project completion and, where necessary, dispute resolution.

She advises public principals on the preparation and implementation of national and European procurement procedures as well as during the implementation of projects. A particular focus of her work is the awarding of general contractor contracts involving urban planning and architectural competitions for public clients. Michelle places particular emphasis on contract drafting and project consultation that is solution-oriented and avoids conflict, in order to ensure that her clients’ projects proceed smoothly and reach a successful conclusion.

Thanks to her various activities as a lawyer, as an in-house lawyer in large commercial enterprises and in public administration, she has a very broad knowledge and an excellent understanding of her various clients’ needs. It is this experience as well as her clear and open style of communication and assertiveness that her clients particularly appreciate.
