Roberto Jüttner

Roberto focuses on advising clients in the field of public procurement law. He provides comprehensive and strategic support to public contracting authorities, bidders and grant recipients in the implementation of procurement procedures. Mr Jüttner assists public contracting authorities in the design and implementation of complex procurement processes and reviews tender documents for potential procurement violations on behalf of bidders. In addition, Mr Jüttner advises on the implementation of public procurement review procedures and subsequent damages proceedings. Another focus of his work is architects‘ and engineers‘ law. Here, Mr Jüttner supports principals and contractors in all legal matters.
