Luana advises on German and EU antitrust law as well as on data protection law issues. A key practice area is advising companies and associations on fine proceedings before the Federal Cartel Office, on German and European merger control, on issues surrounding the design of distribution systems and on antitrust-related contract law. Luana advises companies on all aspects of data protection law. She specializes in drafting data protection contracts, preparing and reviewing internal company guidelines and data protection declarations as well as advising in connection with compliance investigations. She advises in German and English.
