Julia advises on German and EU antitrust law as well as energy law issues. In antitrust law she represents companies and associations in proceedings before the Federal Cartel Office and the European Commission. She also advises and represents companies in court proceedings and merger control proceedings in company mergers. A further key practice area is providing ongoing advice to companies and associations on antitrust issues that arise in the course of everyday business. Here Julia advises, inter alia, on issues surrounding the design of distribution systems and contracts and carries out training and compliance audits.
In the field of energy law Julia focuses on renewable energies and decentralised energy supply (including CHP plants) as well as issues relating to network regulation (in particular network connection, network access and flexibility). She also represents companies in proceedings of the Federal Network Agency as well as in court proceedings relating to energy law.
