Bianca advises on German and European antitrust law as well as on energy law issues. A key practice area is advising companies on cartel damages claims. Bianca also advises companies on fine proceedings before the Federal Cartel Office and the European Commission, on merger control proceedings, on court proceedings relating to antitrust law and the development of compliance systems.
In energy law her focus is on renewable energies and decentralised energy supply as well as issues surrounding network regulation. Here she advises companies on the development, piloting and realisation of innovative projects. Bianca represents companies in proceedings of the Federal Network Agency and in court proceedings relating to energy law.
