Victor primarily advises private and public clients on issues relating to public procurement law. He supports companies in their participation in public procurement procedures as well as in the enforcement of their rights as bidders. He also supports principals in the design of public tenders as well as in the implementation of complex procurement procedures. A further key practice area for Victor is advising on public law, particularly construction planning law and building regulations as well as in general administrative and constitutional law.

- Research assistant at a commercial law firm with a focus on public commercial law/public procurement law in Berlin and London (short-term secondment), 2016 to 2017
- PhD on public procurement law at the Free University of Berlin, 2016 to 2019
- Legal clerkship at the Court of Appeal, 2019 to 2021, including seats at Kapellmann, at the Regional Court Berlin, at the Federal Ministry of the Interior, Building and Community as well as at the Federal Chancellery
- Lawyer at Kapellmann since 2021
