Leska advises companies as well as the Federal Government of Germany, the federal states and municipalities on specialised questions of EU law. Her key practice areas include EU state aid law, general EU law (comprising regulatory issues), along with foreign trade and EU sanctions. She also provides guidance on European competition law and represents clients in proceedings before the European Commission and EU courts. Leska advises in German, English and French.
