ENVIRONMENTAL AND TRANSITION FUNDING
The transition to environmentally friendly energy sources, production processes, technologies and means of transport often requires state support. To provide an additional incentive, the federal government, federal states and municipalities, as well as the EU, are setting up numerous funding programmes. Funding is particularly available to innovative companies and companies that are willing to use new technologies at an early stage.
We advise on issues of European state aid law and German public funding law. We support both the funding providers in designing legally compliant programmes and potential recipients with regard to the requirements for submitting applications and implementing them. In addition, we advise recipients of direct EU funding based on European funding programmes.
