Dr Katharina Bader-Plabst, LL.M.
Katharina advises private and public clients on all administrative law issues arising in connection with the implementation of construction projects and complex approval procedures for large projects. Her advisory activities focus on building planning, building regulation and monument protection law as well as sectoral planning and environmental law (in particular nature conservation law, immission control law and environmental auditing law). Projects managed by Katharina include wind and solar parks.

- LL.M. in Environmental Law at the University of Auckland, New Zealand, 2017 to 2018
- Legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Munich, including seats with a Munich law firm specialising in construction law and with Kapellmann and Partner in Munich, 2018 to 2020
- Lawyer at Kapellmann in Munich since 2021
- Working on a PhD in Environmental Law at the University of Augsburg (Prof. Dr. Martin Kment) since 2021
