Lena-Sophie advises and represents clients on all aspects of project development. Her practice focuses on energy projects, in particular wind and solar parks. She advises on all energy law, civil law and administrative law issues (in particular specialised planning and environmental law as well as building planning and building regulations law). She also advises on project structuring, co-operations, contract drafting and project transactions.
Recent work
- Advising buyers and sellers on the acquisition and sale of renewable energy plants including project rights (e.g. ENOVA Group, Allgäuer Überlandwerk GmbH)
- Project-related advice on the development, approval and construction of numerous wind farm, solar and battery storage projects (e.g. Eco Stor GmbH)

- Studied law with a scholarship from the Heinrich Böll Foundation at the University of Freiburg and the University of Paris XII Val-De-Marne, 2008 to 2014
- Research Assistant at the University of Freiburg, 2014 to 2016
- PhD on European administrative law at the University of Freiburg, 2014 to 2017
- Legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court Munich, including seats at the Bündnis 90/Die Grünen parliamentary group in the Bavarian State Parliament, 2017 to 2019
- In-house lawyer with a project developer in the renewable energy sector, 2019 to 2021

Die Themenvielfalt des Kongressprogramms erstreckt sich entlang der gesamten Wertschöpfungskette der EE-Branche. Aus den Workshops und Vorträgen können sich die Kongressteilnehmer/innen ihre individuellen Themenschwerpunkte aussuchen.
In den Workshops besteht die Möglichkeit nach den Impuls-Vorträgen sehr intensiv in die Diskussion einzusteigen, um auf diese Weise Sachverhalte detailliert zu besprechen.
